Vampire Hunters
Vampires exist. They live among us, though we don’t know it. They seem like normal humans, except they drink blood. They are not immortal, but heal quickly enough to survive wounds which would kill a human. They slay their victims and the only way to destroy them is to remove their head from their shoulders.
Craig is a vampire hunter. He lives at sanctuary 14 along with other hunters.
JD is their trainer. He is a hard task master, but his training keeps them alive and has turned them into the best hunting team in the area.
Sarah is Craig’s best friend who, until now, is oblivious to his nocturnal activities. When Craig tells her the truth about himself, she wants to know more. When JD agrees to train her, little does he knew how much she will affect his life and disrupt the lives of everyone living at the sanctuary.
As she learns the fighting skills she will need if she is to survive a hunt, she also finds out more about vampires, the hunting society and how to keep her two worlds separate.
When one of the team is bitten, they know becoming a vampire is inevitable. It is a hunter’s sworn duty to kill all vampires, but how can they kill one of their own?
Diary of a journey through Hell
When Robert told Rachel that death had taken his girlfriend, she thought she had died; she did not realise that he meant Death with a capital D. When he said they needed to journey through Hell to rescue her, she thought he meant figuratively. When she agreed to accompany him, she never dreamt that it would take more than a day or so.
Together they soon discover that Hell is nothing like either of them were expecting and nobody is really what they really seem, especially their guide. They are forced to face life threatening dangers and overcome challenges set by Hades, ruler of Hell, and his offspring as proof that they are worthy of reclaiming Tammara. As their journey progresses, they are left wondering who can really be trusted and they soon realise that their friendship as well as their lives are at risk. Just as the journey reaches its conclusion, an unforeseen betrayal leaves Rachel wondering if she will have to make an unimaginable sacrifice or is there is a way to save herself from being trapped in Hell for all eternity.
